Working in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will:
Drive and develop relevant category teams, working closely with Quality, Strategic Sourcing, and other stakeholders to execute the Category Plan and address specific issues. Lead tasks and projects within the relevant category as defined in our category plan(s) or prioritized by the Category Group. Monitor and drive supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreements, on-time delivery, and quality standards. Manage supplier capacity by establishing and coordinating purchase forecasts, aligning supplier capacities with [xxxxx]’s future production demands. Ensure supplier compliance with [xxxxx] purchasing requirements, including managing supplier-related change requests. Drive and contribute to supplier and supply risk management in the relevant sourcing categories. Substantial experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management preferably in a highly regulated industry.Proven experience in supplier management, including performance monitoring, risk management, and negotiation. Project management experience with strong execution skillsKnowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance in supply chain management.
