Do you want to help achieve ambitious goals for WTT, which sells production solutions for the wood industry?
For our customer WTT Service ApS, we are looking for an internationally experienced project salesperson. WTT is a project company which is a leader in wood impregnation. They are both experts in impregnation and the machinery used for fully automated impregnation, treatment with hot oil and thermal modification. The company consists of a sales department, an engineering department, small in-house production and a service department. It is a company which, based on their vast knowledge over many years in the field, shows great growth and a solid customer base. Their current customers are primarily from Europe and North America. The job is independent and reports directly to the CEO.

- The tasks in the position will be:
- Strategic organization of sales in the company incl. marketing
- The sales tasks cover both project sales and aftersales sales
- The sales tasks are abroad and cover sales to existing customers and prospecting sales with potential new customers as well as cultivating new markets
- In cooperation with the rest of the management, to contribute to ensuring a stable product portfolio
- Develop robust sales routines in the organization incl. sale of service contracts
Professional qualifications:
- Theoretical training that corresponds to the requirements of the job
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience with both Danish and international sales
- Demonstrated experience with commercial terms and conditions in project sales
- You are able to understand and present technical details
- Preferably experience from the industry or from selling larger projects to production companies
- Speaks and writes Danish, English and German at a negotiation level
Personal qualifications:
- You understand the requirement for communication with different types of customers
- You have a personal drive beyond the ordinary
- You have great insight and understanding of business cultures in the individual countries
- You know how to both have many balls in the air and get them finished (closed) again
- You can constructively participate in the management of the company and contribute with both professional and managerial experience
