Monitoring and analysing cleaning data, handling deviations and measurementsSupporting and optimising cleaning processes to ensure stable and compliant operationsEnsuring continuous compliance with regulatory and authority requirementsParticipating in upgrades and validation of cleaning processesContributing to optimisation projects and supporting colleagues across production facilities over timeLEAN principles and a strong quality mindset are central to the way we work, driving continuous improvements across the department.Your new departmentThe Manufacturing facility (M1) in Kalundborg is one of [xxxxx]’s largest production sites, producing more than 25% of the world’s combined insulin supply as well as GLP-1 products.The Utility & Solvents Department consists of approximately 75 employees responsible for supplying raw materials, solvents and utilities to the entire production facility. The department is organised into five teams and collaborates closely across multiple production facilities, offering you a broad professional network and strong opportunities for development.Your skills and qualificationsWe imagine that you:Hold a degree in a relevant engineering field such as biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering or similarHave experience with cleaning processes from a pharmaceutical or similar GMP-regulated environmentBring GMP experience (considered an advantage)Are detail-oriented with a strong data-analytical mindsetHave a solid understanding of chemical processes and production systemsOn a personal level, you enjoy being a go-to person within your field and value close, face-to-face collaboration with colleagues.
