Driving the strategic response across our truly global DPM organisation, spanning manufacturing sites worldwide and global excellence functionsLeading and executing a broad range of initiatives and projects that respond to dynamic business challenges orchestrated by the Executive OfficeOwning and supporting key deliverables for the Executive Office, including agenda and decision material for Senior Management Meetings and eventsDeveloping strategic recommendations based on rigorous business analysis, clear thought process and compelling communicationBuilding and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders ranging from the SVP to the shop floorPartnering with the Executive Assistant, Executive Office, SVP Management team members and stakeholders across the organisationIn this role, you'll gain significant industry knowledge within the pharma sector, work directly with senior management, and be exposed to a diverse range of strategic challenges and opportunities.Your new departmentIn Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed [xxxxx] products. You'll bring:A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similarAt least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation office, business development, or a similar functionExceptional PowerPoint and analytical skills, combined with a strategic mindset and holistic problem-solving approachStrong business acumen, excellent communication, stakeholder management, change management, project management, and informal leadership skillsExperience with senior stakeholder interaction and the ability to transform input and opportunities into concrete actionsOn a personal level you bring a proactive attitude with great collaborative energy, the ability to consider multiple perspectives, and deliver high-quality results independently.
