As the Product Manager in Transported by Maersk (TbM), you would be responsible for building and managing Forecasting and Network Design products across their lifecycle. You will be a key player managing products to empower customers around optimal and cost effective routes for the transport of their goods.

Reporting to the Global Head of TbM Commercial and Capacity Planning, you would be driving our efforts in establishing these capabilities across the globe.

Overall in this role, you will have to both ‘define where we need to go’ as well as ‘run activities that take us there’.

Key responsibilities

  • Define the global product strategy and roadmap for Demand Forecasting and Network Design for TbM business (Landside, Air and LCL).
  • Identifying the value proposition (along with relevant functions) for internal and end customers, and transforming them into realistic products.
  • Drives global product design, roll-out and standardization in collaboration with product, platform, and delivery teams in both HQ and regions.
  • Responsible for continuously managing and optimizing the product post-launch to sustain relevance and differentiation.
  • Collaborate across the organization in enabling proactive commercial, capacity and operational planning for TbM products.
  • Define key metrics and manage the products' performance.

To do this job, we imagine you'll have:

  • Extensive product experience in leading E2E lifecycle of a product, starting from new product development, roll-out and standardization, governance, and performance management.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environment and driving the roadmap to achieve timely results.
  • Have experience navigating the complexity and ambiguity of a large-matrix-multinational organization.
  • Ability to drive change management in product, operations, sales and IT to deliver product value proposition.
  • Strong communication skills to support new product ideas to senior and executive leadership.
  • Exposure to forecasting and/or network design would be a plus, but not must-have.
