Global IT consists of a team of 28 dedicated people managing all IT related solutions and services across NNE. The team is working out of Denmark and India. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work closely with the business owners to understand and adapt to changing business needs.

How you might spend your days
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the IT Operations team consisting of a strong team of 10 IT specialists across Denmark and India
- Overall responsible for the following areas: Service Delivery Management, Information Security, IT Infrastructure and Data Centers, End-user IT services, License Management & AV facilities
- Help select NNEs future IT outsourcing partner an ensure they consistently deliver according to agreements and SLAs, and ensure the right conditions for fruitful collaboration
- Be the owner of IT infrastructure projects and make sure the projects have the right resources and conditions to succeed
- Manage the Information Security team and ensure NNE maintains a best-in-class security standard
- Ensure strong governance and documentation both within NNE IT and our outsourcing partner
- Maintain close dialog with business to understand business needs and requirements
- Alignment and communication with stakeholders to ensure commitment to initiatives
You will report to the CIO and be a part of the IT leadership team.

- You have good cross-cultural understanding, and fluency in written and spoken English are essential – the IT team is international and department meetings are conducted in English
The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field
- You are an experienced IT leader with 8+ years of experience within IT infrastructure and operations
- You have extensive experience with vendor management and outsourcing
- Experience with driving change within large organizations
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, Cisco network architecture and IT security will be considered a plus
