This is the role and main tasksYou will join the AI Centre of Excellence in a dual-track role, helping build the technical foundation for scaling AI across Stibo Software Group. Working across architecture and platform implementation, you will move AI from isolated use cases to integrated, production-ready capabilities. The role focuses on defining and evolving the AI platform landscape—architecture, governance, operating model, and integration across enterprise systems—rather than a single technology stack.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design scalable AI architecture, integration patterns, and standards for secure enterprise solutions
- Establish reusable building blocks, AI agent patterns, and onboarding approaches to enable consistent delivery
- Advise on platform capabilities including security, scalability, integrations, and enterprise alignment
- Integrate AI capabilities with core systems such as Workday, Jira, and other enterprise platforms
- Support the journey from experimentation to production, ensuring adoption, stability, and continuous improvement
This is your teamYou will join a growing AI Centre of Excellence within SSC, working across technical specialists and business functions.
The team focuses on enabling scalable AI adoption across the organization while balancing innovation, governance, and operational maturity.
