High impact

As our new Associate Analyst, Investor Relations, you will have a unique opportunity to influence our investor relations efforts. You will work closely with top management, primarily CEO and CFO, to set the strategic direction for investor presentations and other investor material in Ambu. You will also work closely with other business functions in Ambu e.g. Group Finance, Marketing and Commercial Finance.

Working out of our headquarters in Ballerup, you will have an exciting and fast-paced job in a dedicated team. You will hold a key position in Ambu where your efforts matter and are very visible for top management as you will identify, analyze, and recommend the direction for our shareholder analysis.

As Associate Analyst your responsibilities will include:

• Complete general analysis, decision material and recommendations to Ambu top management and the Ambu Board of Directors as needed e.g. stock market analysis
• Develop and maintain our internal valuation model
• Prepare quarterly investor PowerPoint presentations and other strategic presentations to management
• Drive a continues shareholder analysis and use this analysis to organize investor roadshows and plan participation in investor conferences.
• Write quarterly and annual report in collaboration with the finance and communications departments – you will be responsible for the strategic part of the report
• Investor calls and communication with external stock analysts

Being an employee of a global company, there will be a certain level of travel activity. This will be organized according to your needs and flexibility.

Key competences

You need to have a strong commercial mindset. You must be energetic and have a solid toolbox of analytical and strategic skills to be successful in the job. It is important that you have a structured and systematic approach to your tasks. You need to have sublime interpersonal skills as you will work with professional internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you proactively manage your own work and navigate within the team and organization to find the help and support needed.

It is crucial that you have strong oral and writing skills in both Danish and English as you will write part of the annual and quarterly reports. You also need to have strong PowerPoint skills and it goes without saying that you need to master Excel and have an overall understanding of valuation models incl. DCF model.

Your educational background must be minimum a master’s degree within Economics or Business, e.g. cand.merc, cand.oecon, cand.polit. Preferably with one or ttwo years of experience from consulting or a corporate strategy / M&A function. If you have just completed your master’s, we expect you to have some years of experience from a relevant student assistant position. We are looking for a strong team player who is passionate about delivering results.
