Here, your work directly shapes how we understand and design the next generation of innovative pharmaceutical solutions!The positionAs a Senior Scientist, you will impact the discovery and development of novel therapeutic agents across our modality portfolio by designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments using state‑of‑the‑art techniques anchored within the area.This role requires you to spend a significant part of your time in the laboratory, while also efficiently communicating and collaborating within the area and across multidisciplinary project teams. A completed PhD, and ideally postdoctoral experience, in protein biochemistry, structural biology, biophysics, or a related field, with hands‑on experience working with integral membrane proteinsDemonstrated expertise in characterizing protein interactions using techniques such as surface plasmon resonance (SPR), biolayer interferometry (BLI), and fluorescence‑based assaysExperience with, or strong interest in, automation, high‑throughput workflows, and computational tools for molecular modelling and visualizationA publication record reflecting scientific excellence and breadthExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholdersAdvantageous:An understanding of and/or background in structural biology to integrate interaction data with structural insightsOn a personal level, you have a proactive personality and a positive attitude towards new ideas, people, and challenges.
