We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our visual identity and contributing to our brand's evolution.Who we’re looking for3 years ago, we launched a new and award-winning CVI positioning Topsoe as a leader in decarbonization technologies. We are proud of our CVI, and we need a graphical designer, who will be just as proud to make our CVI come alive on all kinds of platforms – digital as well as printed.Your key responsibilities will be:Design Excellence: Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements that align with our brand guidelines. Your creativity will be instrumental in bringing our brand to life.Design Excellence:Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing, Human Resources, and Corporate Communications teams to understand design requirements and objectives. Your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively will be crucial in this role.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals. Your ability to incorporate feedback and adapt designs will be key to our success.Stakeholder Engagement:Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain a strong and consistent brand presence.Brand Consistency:Brand Development: Contribute to the development and evolution of brand guidelines as needed. Your innovative thinking will help us keep our brand fresh and relevant.Brand Development:Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Your strong organizational skills will be essential in this fast-paced environment.Project Management:Timeline Management: Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and priorities. We imagine that you have:What you’ll bringProven experience as a Senior Visual Designer or a similar role either from a corporate environment or from an agency A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design – digital as well as print Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
