[xxxxx] ApS is looking for a responsible Assistant HR Coordinator with an interest in people, coordination, and efficient administration. You will become an important part of the HR team, support daily operations and contribute to creating a professional and positive employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

• The responsibilities of the Assistant HR Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
  
  
• Coordinating recruitment processes and job interviews
  
  
• Assisting with the preparation of employment contracts and personnel documents
  
  
• Maintaining HR systems and employee data
  
  
• Handling vacation, absence, and time registration
  
  
• Planning meetings and employee activities
  
  
• Supporting employees with HR-related inquiries
  
  
• Internal communication and administrative tasks
  
  
• Assisting with payroll processing and reporting
  
  
• Occasional visits to different workplaces may be required
  
  

About You

We are looking for a structured and service-minded employee with experience in HR administration or similar administrative tasks. You work independently, are detail-oriented, and thrive in coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional environment.

In addition, you have strong communication and collaboration skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and preferably experience with HR or payroll systems. You have a positive, flexible, and responsible approach to your work.

The role requires communication with Hindi-speaking employees and be proficient in English and Bangla, both written and spoken.
