Our team of passionate guides is the engine behind every tour, and we’re looking for a supportive and people-loving HR Assistant to help our HR Manager keep this engine running smoothly.
The Role This is your chance to be the essential support for our people operations. As our HR Assistant, you’ll work closely with our HR Manager to provide crucial support for our guides and hosts, helping ensure they feel supported, valued, and part of our team. You’ll assist with a mix of people-focused tasks and administrative process, helping with everything from the onboarding of new hires to planning team socials and maintaining our records.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding Support: You’ll assist the HR Manager with the hiring process, helping to post job ads, organize audition tours, and prepare contracts for new guides.
- Team Support & Culture: You’ll be a friendly and helpful point of contact for our team, assisting with their questions and helping to maintain our culture by supporting the planning of team events and celebrations.
- Operations & Administrative Assistance: You’ll help manage our HR software (including HR-ON, Planday, and Fareharbor) to update staff profiles, manage schedules, and ensure our records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Feedback & Reviews Support: You’ll assist in compiling guest feedback from tours and help organize the data for performance evaluations and annual salary reviews.
Who You Are
- You have at least 2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or similar support role.
- A supportive people-person with excellent communication skills in English.
- Highly organized and happy to help create and maintain efficient systems.
- A proactive learner who takes initiative and genuinely enjoys helping a team succeed.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.
Bonus points if you have experience with HR-ON, Planday, Fareharbor, or similar HR/scheduling platforms.
