Boost our Procurement team


You will become part of a procurement team on site in Kvistgaard. The team consists of 8 dedicated colleagues. We have close contact with our strategically important suppliers and ensure focus on timely deliveries. It is a hectic period, but as a team we support and motivate each other supported by a good sense of humor within the team. We enjoy working together and work around the unforeseen to support the entire organization.

  • Ensure delivery of purchase orders by keeping close contact to your suppliers.
  • Negotiate good prices while not compromising quality

Succeeding with our vision of becoming one of the largest pure play vaccine companies in the world is no walk in the park. That is why we need people like you, who are determined to make it happen. We would like for you to have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in purchasing of commodities for a Good Manufacturing Practice production environment preferably within the Pharma or Medico industry
  • Handling of strategic suppliers including annual supplier evaluation and analysis is an advantage
  • Good Manufacturing Practice/Good Distribution Practice (GMP/GDP) skills would be preferred but is not a requirement. We will give you training in case.
  • Working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • You are fluent in English – both verbally and in writing
