The role is both outward-facing and structured. You will work closely with colleagues, vendors, and leadership across BIG's international studios.

Help us build IT for the future
You will become part of an international IT team with colleagues across BIG's global offices. You will report directly to the CIO and work closely with IT Managers and specialists in Copenhagen, New York, London and Barcelona — together supporting more than 800 users worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading end-to-end delivery of global IT projects, including infrastructure rollouts, system migrations, and AI implementation
• Coordinating the global IT project portfolio - tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Managing vendor and implementation partner relationships across active workstreams
• Driving adoption and change management for new IT systems and tools
• Running recurring IT leadership rituals - planning, status reporting, and stakeholder updates to the leadership team
• Maintaining IT documentation including disaster recovery plans, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and global infrastructure policies
• Standardizing project management practices, tooling, and reporting across the IT team
In addition, you will be involved in a wide range of cross-functional initiatives — larger and smaller — depending on your interests and strengths.

About you
You have a quality-conscious mindset and are motivated by delivering structured, reliable outcomes. You thrive in an environment with many moving parts and can prioritize effectively across competing demands. At the same time, you are able to translate technical topics into language that non-technical stakeholders can understand and act on.

We emphasize that you:
• Have 5+ years of IT project management experience, ideally across multi-site or global organizations
• Have proven delivery of infrastructure and enterprise IT projects (networking, identity, collaboration platforms, endpoint management)
• Work structured and independently
• Have strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Have experience maintaining IT documentation, policies, and operational procedures
• Have working knowledge of ITIL, PMP, or equivalent project/service frameworks
• Have a focus on and understanding of IT security
• Speak and write English fluently
