We are looking for a Senior Information Security Specialist to strengthen and mature
[xxxxx]’s security capabilities across governance, risk, compliance, and operational security initiatives.
In this role you will become part of a small, high-impact team and act as a trusted expert and sparrings partner to Group IT, Legal, HR, Digitalisation, and business stakeholders across the organisation. You will help ensure that security remains a natural and integrated part of our business processes, projects, and digital transformation journey. Your work location will be at
[xxxxx]'s headquarters in Lyngby, and you will report to the Group Chief Information Security Officer.
Your key responsibilities will include- Developing, mature, and help implement [xxxxx]’s information security policies, standards, and processes within the ISMS.
- Leading strategic security initiatives supporting [xxxxx]’s digital transformation, regulatory readiness, and maturity security.
- Embedding security in [xxxxx]s project model and advising Business Lines on how to address security requirements in critical projects.
- Providing senior‑level guidance on information security risks with impact on strategic priorities.
- Enhancing third‑party risk management by defining governance frameworks and security requirements for suppliers — support implementation and occasionally advice, procurement and contract owners in high impact engagements.

On top of that, you will have:
- Strong experience across multiple security disciplines, with strength in governance and risk management.
- Solid hands‑on experience with ISO 27001, including certification, audit readiness, and implementing regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, CMMC, CER, CRA).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable guidance.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and the ability to drive multiple parallel initiatives from idea to implementation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and create momentum without formal authority.
