On behalf of our client, BioMar Group, we are searching for an energetic digital consultant, who can take responsibility for BioMar’s cloud journey.
BioMar is in the process of moving from Local IT to Global IT, from on premise solutions to cloud solutions. In this process they are trailblazers and testing out software and solutions from partners in new and innovative ways.
This journey is not without its pitfalls and false starts, and that is why BioMar needs a dedicated digital solution consultant to help them when they encounter new and unforeseen issues.
The right person to join our team:
BioMar is looking for someone who is curious, who is enthusiastic about new solutions and innovations and someone who is ready to take charge and set the direction.
The most important daily responsibilities are:
In this position you need to have good coordination, communication, and analytical skills, enabling you to communicate the best solutions to the unforeseen issues on the journey form local to global IT. The entire IT department is ready to help, but you need to take charge on defining and implementing solutions.
You will report to the Head of Business Applications.

Key Responsibilities:
The right person to join our team:
BioMar is looking for someone who is curious, who is enthusiastic about new solutions and innovations and someone who is ready to take charge and set the direction.
The most important daily responsibilities are:
- Taking charge on solving both small- and large-scale issues in the move from local to global IT.
- Take the lead on process improvement or technical initiatives driving BioMar to better performance.
- Dedicating time to learn and fully understand a wide array of different applications.
- Working with colleagues from all parts of the IT department, to secure the right competencies for the solutions.
Expected Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably M3, but experience with other systems is also relevant.
- Educational background in engineering, IT, business, or similar fields.
- Ambition and the ability to take charge of work processes and solution.
- A curious mind and the motivation to learn new and innovative systems and applications.
- High level communication skills in collaborating with stakeholders, external suppliers, and local sites.
- Fluency in English
