We are searching for an implementation consultant
This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, and you will join our Business Processes & Implementation team. Our team consists of 10 dedicated people who are implementation consultants and business developers, working with customer implementation and -communication, business processes, customer journeys and data-based follow-up on product adoption and value realization.
The implementation consultant role offers the opportunity to work with the entire bec organization – product owners, customer account managers, agile development teams a.m. – and you will work directly with representatives from our co-development banks. You will experience working in a wide variety of fintech projects; from implementation of high complexity and business critical compliance solutions, to supporting thousands of private users in new digital product adoption. The red thread of your work is to help bec's customers get the most out of being a bec customer.
At bec, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week. Your direct manager will be Malene Baunsgaard.

Primary task and responsibilities include:
You will be working with implementation from many angles:
- Enable other implementation specialists: Design and execution of implementation packages and train-the-trainer activities for local implementation consultants and project managers in the banks e.g., supporting wider bank branch implementation
- Product adoption by bank end-users: Design and delivery of implementation material, guidance, and training directly to end-users in the banks such as bank advisers, back-office functions, compliance officers a.m., directly supporting increased product adoption and benefit realization in the end-user target group
- Strategic end-customer communication: Design and delivery of go-to-market plans, marketing material and branding towards banks’ end-customers such as private and corporate customers
- Competency development in bec: Maturing our own organization within the field of implementation; supporting product owners in end-user understanding and growing the skills of end-user communication and support
To succeed you will:
- Have a curious mind with an open nature and desire to knowledge-share with others
- Have a master’s degree and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position working with implementation, product adoption and customer communication
- Master organizational change management methodologies, such as ADKAR
- Have strong training and facilitation skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be driven by being “the customer voice” in a large organization
- Be fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
It’s nice-to:
- Have experience from the financial and/or technology sector
- Have insight into agile principles, such as SAFe
- Thrive in being at the driver’s seat in an implementation project and set the tone for customer-centricity and anchoring of benefits for the target group
