About the role

[xxxxx] is modernising its ERP landscape to create a scalable global platform supporting finance, project management, resource management, project cost management and procurement.

As a Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and continuously improving our D365 Finance platform. Working closely with finance stakeholders, IT colleagues and external partners, you will translate business requirements into robust and scalable solutions.

You will join a team driving the transition from a fragmented application landscape to a unified Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring stability, quality and continuous improvement while supporting future business growth.

As a Dynamics365 Functional Consultant, you’ll be:

• Gathering requirements, envision solutioning, configuring and design customisations
• Working with the entire project team to support the successful implementation and continued operation of [xxxxx] of Dynamics 365 platform
• Configuring and test Microsoft Dynamics 365 application
• Advicing and support key experts and process owners during month end activities, like closing and reconciliation
• Providing user support across [xxxxx] by resolving tickets and conducting root cause analysis
• Driving automation initiatives and AI-enabled improvements, and platform optimization, while also participate in ongoing operational activities
• Coaching and train more junior colleagues

What you bring to the role

In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:

• Experience (2-4 years) from Dynamics365 Finance & Operations implementations and operation in corporate settings, from a consultancy role or internal project member role
• A strong finance background combined with solid practical platform experience
• Hands-on proficient in F&O functional flows, business mapping, configurations and second-level problem solving
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, and confidence working across business and technical stakeholders.
  
• Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or any other relevant combination
  
• It is also an advantage if you have experience from the Professional Services industry and project organisations
