Emerson’s Marine Solutions group is a business unit under Measurement Solutions. The group is market leader within the marine fluid transfer & treatment business area and offers integrated control and monitoring systems, valve remote control systems, cargo monitoring systems and fuel monitoring systems for all types of ships and offshore units. The headquarter is placed in Naestved, Denmark where you will also find production facilities. Emerson also has production facilities in Ry, Denmark (software house), Sweden, South Korea and China. Furthermore, we are represented by sales and/ or service sites in marine strategic countries like Greece, UAE, Singapore, Netherlands, Turkey, Germany, Netherland and USA. The Marine Solutions group has 530 employees worldwide of which approx. 185 are in Denmark.

Based in our Marine Headquater in Naestved you will work with colleges stationed all over the world, and your manager is stationed in the US. In the position you will be part of a dedicated international team, where you help and support each other.

The Global Integrated Marketing Team is responsible for leading the marketing activities across the organization and developing the strategy to support the growth targets of the business.

In Naestved Denmark, you will be a part of a small Marketing team. This is a hybrid position that has the flexibility of a remote work option for up to two days a week.

As the new member of the Global Integrated Marketing Team, you will:


Lead and develop integrated marketing strategies, programs, and activities to drive business results in alignment with direction from product management team.

  • Lead product launch planning and message creation by working with key stakeholders including outside agencies as needed.
  • Create and execute customer-focused messaging based on product and solution differentiators, audience personas and buyer’s journey for target segments.
  • Lead the development of customer facing materials and provide sales channel with relevant tools.
  • Analyze integrated marketing performance, measure & communicate results and drive continuous improvement.
  • Understand and articulate the key brand message for product lines.
  • Serve as Emerson’s brand steward by planning and executing strategies designed to strengthen Emerson brand position and increase sales of Emerson products and services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in line with product management objectives.
  • Steer and coordinate the execution of cross functional projects involving Product Management, Global Education, and Digital Customer Experience teams, as appropriate.
  • Foster a collaborative, integrated working relationships across key stakeholders to jointly achieve business strategy and growth.

About you


You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field combined with experience from a marketing position in an international company. Experience in B2B marketing of a technical product is not a requirement – but preferable.

You can navigate in a complex organization with many stakeholders. Furthermore, you have a flexible mindset, thrive with changes, and have the ability and willingness to travel 10-20 days per year.
