The Position

We are looking for a Product Manager for our modern office and warehouse facility in Svenstrup near Aalborg.

You will be responsible for developing the sales and procurement processes, as well as the inventory management for the HP and Fujitsu server product lines. You will lead a product team of two skilled colleagues and manage the digital tools we have built to support our growth journey. You do not need to have experience in leadership.

Expect a varied and dynamic workday with exciting tasks, broad responsibility, and real influence in an international market for refurbished enterprise IT hardware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and procurement based on digital market insights and current market trends

  • Manage, nurture, and develop relationships with customers and suppliers

  • Prepare purchasing forecasts and oversee inventory management for your own team, other sales teams, and digital sales channels

  • Provide internal and external product advisory and prepare quotations

  • Grow, develop, and optimize the product portfolio and ensure a strong market position

  • Contribute to the improvement of digital tools supporting sales, procurement, and inventory

  • Own the team’s budgets, KPIs, and monthly reporting

  • Define the department’s strategy and translate it into a concrete action plan

  • Lead and develop a team of two employees

Your Qualifications

  • Strong commercial acumen and motivation for sales, procurement, and inventory management

  • Empathetic and motivating leadership style with a hands-on approach

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and familiar with CRM/ERP systems (we use Business Central)

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, at a professional business level

The company has existed for 13 years and currently consists of 18 employees known for flexibility, good spirits, and professionalism. T1A Enterprise is part of T1A Group, which also includes the headquarters in Allerød and sales offices in the UK and Germany focusing on refurbished end-user IT (laptops, desktops, etc.). This enables us to offer complete IT hardware solutions to partners globally.
