[xxxxx] is a Danish biotech start-up and research spin-out from the University of Cambridge, developing precision probiotic solutions targeting environmental exposure challenges, including PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances).

Job Description

[xxxxx] is seeking a Marketing & Partnerships Specialist to drive brand building, content development, and marketing execution alongside strategic partnership outreach. This role is positioned within marketing, content management, and support commercialisation with a focus on storytelling, audience engagement, and positioning [xxxxx] within environmental health and precision microbiome solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies to strengthen [xxxxx]’ brand presence across digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, podcasts, etc.) and support market visibility
Create and manage marketing content, including articles, campaigns, and thought leadership materials aligned with target audiences and commercial priorities
Support brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies to effectively reach and engage key customer segments
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns in line with product launch timelines and market entry initiatives
Identify and engage relevant external stakeholders (distributors, laboratories, healthcare partners) through targeted outreach and relationship-building
Support partnership activities through ongoing communication, coordination, and co-marketing initiatives
Conduct market and audience research to inform branding, messaging, and campaign direction
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing activities, product development, and broader commercial objectives

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business Innovation in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate scientific concepts into engaging content
Experience with digital marketing platforms and content strategy
Ability to work independently and execute in a fast-paced start-up environment
Excellent written and spoken English
