You will join our Global Marketing Team

As our new Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will report into the Director for Global Marketing and have line management responsibility for the web and digital support team in India. You will be a senior leader in our newly established and growing Global Marketing Team who are responsible for driving excellence across company-wide strategic marketing, campaign and digital marketing activities. You will collaborate closely with the corporate Brand & Positioning and Client & Sales teams, as well as the marketing and communication teams supporting the different parts of our business.</p Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that improves client experience and our ability to reach audiences and drive commercial outcomes

  • Responsibility for core client engagement and marketing technology platforms, shaping our digital landscape, development roadmap and rollouts

  • Responsibility for development of the global website, ensuring we have a well-functioning, performing and optimised site – using organic and paid to reach prioritised audiences

  • Determine our social media strategy and channel approach to improve audience reach, collaborating with internal teams to optimise organic and paid content performance, and provide analysis and reporting against KPIs

  • Work closely with internal teams and agencies to shape and support the digital automation and activation of campaigns and strategic brand and marketing outreach

  • Management of the Web and Digital Support team in India who will be managing everything from latest releases and development requests, to creating pages and automation flows, through to supporting internal teams on system issues and integrations

  • Define, monitor and report against key digital marketing metrics, bringing data led insights to help optimise performance and determine future development

  • Collaborate closely with corporate and local sales, marketing and communication teams to share digital insights, support coordination, ensure cohesive integrated approaches, and drive the upskilling of digital competencies in the wider business

  • 8+ years’ experience in broad digital marketing management for a large global organisation, including line management responsibility

  • Demonstrable experience leading the ongoing development and maintenance of global websites and ability to converse with marketing colleagues, technical teams and agencies

  • Proven track record in shaping account-based marketing and lead-generating digital marketing campaigns, with experience across digital activation, marketing automation and CRM

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, latest digital marketing trends and best practice

  • An analytical mind and passion for data-led thinking, using analytics to shape activity

  • A digital or marketing degree, or other relevant qualification


Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: being a confident communicator and excellent collaborator, someone able to positively engage with many varying stakeholders across the global business with an inclusive and motivating approach. You should bring passion and ambition to advancing the impact of digital marketing and confident in the virtual management of a small and busy team of digital support specialists, guiding the prioritisation of tasks and support requests.
