As
Social Media & Engagement Lead, you will act as a highly creative, energetic content creator at the core of the brand’s voice and presence, driving the organic social strategy end-to-end—from content planning and KPI tracking to hands-on execution across key platforms. You’ll bring ideas to life through engaging, scroll-stopping content across video, visual, and copy formats, consistently shaping and evolving a strong, distinctive brand voice.
Beyond content creation, you will actively build and nurture relationships with creators, lead influencer collaborations and partnerships, and drive strategic product seeding to amplify brand visibility. This is a role for someone who thrives both behind the screen and out in the world—naturally curious, proactive, and confident building real connections within the communities that matter to the brand, while also being hands-on with editing, designing, and refining content using design and video tools to create fast, impactful, platform-native work.
Key Responsibilities Social Media: Strategy & Content Creation - Own and evolve organic social strategy to drive brand, engagement, relevance, and growth—translating goals into clear platform plans while identifying new opportunities to boost visibility and impact.
- Develop and manage a dynamic organic social media content calendar translating brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, product priorities, and community moments into a structured weekly and monthly publishing plan
- Create and publish high-quality, on-brand content across video, photo, graphics, and copy with a strong focus on hands-on creation and storytelling
- Ensure a consistent and distinctive brand voice across all social channels, bringing content to life while delivering key brand messages aligned with overall strategy
- Act as a proactive content creator by briefing and contributing to shoots, ensuring a strong pipeline of platform-optimised, engaging content
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously optimise reach and engagement
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements across content and strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Global Brand Manager to ensure full alignment with brand and content strategy
- Work cross-functionally with paid media, marketing, and omni-channel teams to ensure integrated execution and brand consistency
Influencer & Community Engagement - Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and community partners as the primary brand contact, building strong long-term advocacy
- Act as a confident and enthusiastic brand representative in all creator and partner interactions
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand storytelling and seasonal launches, while actively identifying new formats, platforms, and community opportunities to grow visibility and relevance
- Own and execute influencer gifting and seeding initiatives in a structured, proactive way, ensuring strategic partner selection, timely execution, performance tracking, and budget control
- Leverage product seeding as a key visibility driver, ensuring strategic placement across relevant creator ecosystems and communities
- Build and foster an engaged online community of parents, caregivers, retailers, and brand advocates
- Conceptualise and execute influencer events and brand activations (virtual and in-person), including end-to-end planning, guest curation, storytelling moments, and social-first content creation opportunities
- Partner with customer service to ensure a seamless and positive brand experience across all social media touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing teams on seasonal and product-focused campaigns to drive engagement and amplification across channels
