A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Channel Director, you will lead a talented team of 8 people to drive the commercial and e-commerce strategy for our Consumer Products Division across the Nordics. Your mission is to empower your team with data-driven insights to maximize brand value, achieve ambitious growth with our retail partners, and win sustainable market share.

In this role, you will:

Lead, coach, and develop your team of Key Account Managers, E-Merchandising manager and E-Activation Manager to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment. Design and execute retailer-specific joint business plans, building exceptionally strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. Own the channel's commercial strategy, managing the full client P&L, budgets, and sales forecasting to unlock new growth opportunities. Proactively identify new e-commerce trends, lead the category, and push the boundaries to drive blue-ocean opportunities for our iconic brands.

Demonstrate E-Commerce Excellence and a deep understanding of driving performance across online channels. Develop and execute a winning Omnichannel Commercial Strategy that integrates both online and offline retail. Showcase strong Financial Acumen & P&L Management to steer investments and ensure profitable growth. Excel at People Development & Management, with experience coaching and empowering teams. Master Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management to build strategic partnerships.
