Yi Dumpling is looking for a reliable and hard-working kitchen assistant to join our team in Aarhus C.
You will be part of a small kitchen team in a busy dumpling bar, where teamwork and good communication are important.
Your main tasks will include:

Yi Dumpling is looking for a reliable and hard-working kitchen assistant to join our team in Aarhus C.
You will be part of a small kitchen team in a busy dumpling bar, where teamwork and good communication are important.
Your main tasks will include:
- Preparing ingredients (washing, cutting and basic prep for dumplings and other dishes)
- Assisting with dumpling production and simple hot dishes
- Setting up and organising kitchen workstations
- Refilling ingredients and keeping prep areas stocked during service
- Keeping kitchen work areas clean and tidy
- Helping where needed during busy service hours
Working hours and employment
We are looking for both part-time and full-time employees:
- Part-time: approximately 12–20 hours per week
- Full-time: approximately 37 hours per week
Working hours will include weekdays and weekends according to a shift schedule.

About you
We expect that you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen, canteen, restaurant or similar
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Are punctual, responsible and stable
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- Care about hygiene and keeping your workstation clean and organised
Experience with Asian cuisine is an advantage, but not a requirement – we will teach you our way of working.
