To strengthen [xxxxx]'s customer focus in Buildings & Industry in Denmark, we are looking for a Market Director to drive business development and sales activities in Industry. You will develop new opportunities, maintain key client relationships and ensure a steady pipeline of industrial projects. [xxxxx] is already performing well within Industry, where we have built solid client relationships and a robust project portfolio. Meanwhile, with promising expansion prospects in the industrial market, we are searching for a Market Director to grow our footprint and increase collaboration with both long-standing and new clients.
You will join a team of 25 experienced colleagues and report directly to the Senior Market Director. The team focuses on developing opportunities within industrial markets such as food production and other industrial segments. In this role, you will play a key role in developing the market strategy, customer segmentation and business development for Industry in Denmark and the Nordic Countries and follow our customers abroad.
You will be working closely with specialists and project teams across [xxxxx] to mature opportunities and convert them into delivered projects.
With your industry experience, commercial mindset and solid understanding of industrial clients and markets, you will help position [xxxxx] as a trusted partner within industrial development and sustainable facilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Develop market activities within Industry in Buildings & Industry, building long-term client relationships and high customer satisfaction, while utilizing the close collaboration with our Scandinavian colleagues within business development.
• Identify leads, establish a robust pipeline and mature opportunities from early dialogue to tenders, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Take part in tender selection processes and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Lead and deliver proposal and tender activities for industrial opportunities together with capture managers and capture coordinators, ensuring high-quality submissions and presentations using [xxxxx] sales processes.
• Participate in pricing and commercial condition discussions.
• Act as Key Account Manager and contribute to the development of key industrial clients and new strategic accounts.

You bring solid experience from industrial markets combined with deep customer understanding and market insight.
On top of that, you will have:
• A relevant educational background (e.g. architecture, engineering, economics/administration or law) and experience working in the private sector.
• Experience and knowledge from industrial projects and industrial markets.
• Demonstrated experience with long-term management of key client relationships and business development in Denmark and abroad.
• A broad personal network within industry.
• Solid experience leading teams in complex proposal and contract preparation & negotiation.
• Professional proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken.
