This is a unique opportunity to shape processes before they are handed over to operations.Your new roleAs an Advanced Supply & Formulation Professional in Future Operations, you will play a key role in project activities related to wash and sterilization processes within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will primarily work in a project setup, supporting process design, equipment validation, and test execution ahead of operational handover.Your main responsibilities will include:
Driving wash & sterilization process design and equipment validation activities in projectsPlanning and executing validation tests in a GMP-regulated environmentWorking closely with project offices, technical support, NPI/MPI, and other site stakeholdersApplying professional judgement and working independently while ensuring timely stakeholder involvementContributing to the development of a strong, collaborative team culture in a newly formed setupYour new departmentYou will join a newly established team created as part of a larger site expansion in Bagsværd. The team supports multiple ongoing and upcoming projects under Future Operations and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across the site. The environment is project-driven and dynamic, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and long-term delivery rather than short-term results.Your skills and qualificationsWe are looking for a technically strong professional who thrives in complex project environments and values collaboration.You have:An academic background in engineering, biochemistry, food engineering, or a similar scientific fieldExtensive experience within wash & sterilization processes in a GMP environmentExperience working in or alongside project organizations is an advantageProfessional fluency in English; Danish is an advantage but not a requirementAs a professional, you bring a structured and responsible approach to your work, collaborate well with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and effective team environment.
