Join a newly built team where your expertise and drive will directly impact the production of life-saving medicines reaching patients worldwide.Your new roleAs Technical Supporter for our new filling line, you'll play a pivotal role in both validating cutting-edge aseptic filling equipment and ensuring a smooth transition to production operations once the line goes live.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading and/or participating in validation activities of our new aseptic filling lineEnsuring full compliance with validation, GMP, and quality requirements throughout all technical activitiesHelp prepare our department and technical processes for a robust operational setupApplying an innovative mindset and LEAN approach to continuously improve processes and equipment performanceEnsuring a robust foundation for our rep team by assisting in e.g. the development of Maintenance Work Descriptions, Training Outlines, updating or developing new technical SOPs, setup of maintenance structures and content in SAPYour new departmentIn CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed [xxxxx] products. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team from the ground up, shaping how we work and building the foundation for future success.Your skills & qualificationsWe're looking for a technically curious problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic production environment. To succeed in this role, you'll bring: A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, marine engineering, automation, mechanics, or another scientific or technical fieldKnowledge of or experience in complying with GMP requirements in a pharmaceutical or regulated environmentStrong communication skills in both Danish and English, both orally and in writing, at a professional levelExperience working with validation and/or development of training material in a highly regulated environmentExperience in a production environment (preferred but not required – we welcome those eager to develop in this area)On a personal level, you are curious and genuinely enjoy tackling complex technical problems. You possess sharp analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to quickly identify core issues and understand the connections between processes, materials, and equipment.
