Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT processes with a specific focus on IT security aligned with industry frameworks (ISO 27005, ISO27001/27002 or similar)Establishing and maintaining process governance, including KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to drive performance excellenceCollaborating with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement scalable solutionsManaging process documentation, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across global IT operationsDriving automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions in IT workflowsLeading change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new or optimized processesEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and information security policiesYour new departmentWithin Enterprise IT & Quality, our IT Process Management team acts as the guardian of operational excellence. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring our digital infrastructure supports groundbreaking research, manufacturing, and patient care.Your skills & qualificationsWe're looking for an experienced IT process professional who thrives in complex, global environments and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll bring:7+ years of experience in IT process management, IT service management, or similar roles within large, complex organizationsIn depth knowledge of security process frameworks such as ISO27005, ISO27001/27002, NIST SP 800-53 and OSCAL, with proven ability to adapt them to organizational needsStrong track record of leading process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business valueExperience working in highly regulated industries (pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services, or similar) is highly valuedExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levelsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in process modeling tools and data-driven decision makingBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldRelevant certifications (ISO27001) are advantageousFluency in English; additional languages are a plusWorking at [xxxxx]Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
