On behalf of our client, FLSmidth, we are looking for an experienced payroll administrator to join their team in HR Operations Denmark.
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations Denmark, your role as an HR & Payroll Administrator at FLSmidth will be to ensure the payroll and the HR administration of their travelling engineers in partnership with another colleague from the team. Together, the two of you will work specifically with the Global Services business unit which counts approximately 200 travelling engineers. You will primarily focus on the payroll administration of the travelling engineers and provide operational HR support as needed.

• Perform complete global payroll run in foreign currencies and foreign banks for 200+ employees in the Lessor 4 system
• As the Lessor 4 payroll system will be closed down by the end of 2021 – be a key player in the work group dealing with the transition to another system
• Ensure data quality in global IT systems, Workday and Oracle
• Provide HR administration support within designated business areas, including preparing employment contracts for new hires, addenda for employment changes, etc.
• Advise managers on issues related to employment law, such as terminations, warnings, etc.
• Participate in and contribute to HR Operations related projects, such as process and policy optimization
• Act as a backup for your colleague during absence periods
• Relevant education or qualifications within e.g. Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or HR. Both lower and higher levels of education can be relevant depending on your experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ payroll experience from a large multinational organization
• Experience with, or understanding of, accounting and bank reconciliations in relation to payroll
• Experience with administering payroll in multiple currencies and using Lessor (preferred)
• Experience within HR administration and HR IT systems or a desire to learn
• Fluent in English and Danish, both written and orally
