Shape the digital backbone of laboratory science—and help ensure life-saving medicines reach patients on time, every time.Your new roleAs IT Solution Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that laboratory IT systems and computerized equipment are implemented, maintained, and continuously improved in a highly regulated environment. Your work will directly support the release of high-quality medicines used by millions of people every day. You will lead IT optimization and continuous improvement across our Quality Control (QC) and Analytical Science & Technology (ASAT) laboratories, with broad ownership and the opportunity to influence how laboratory technologies are implemented and used across multiple sites.Your key responsibilities include:
Managing laboratory IT systems through operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement activitiesInstalling, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting computerized laboratory equipmentLeading validation and qualification activities in accordance with regulatory requirementsEnsuring IT security, data integrity, and compliance with applicable standardsWriting and reviewing compliance documentationProviding input to deviations and change requestsParticipating in audits and inspectionsDriving and supporting the rollout of new technologies in the laboratoriesYour new departmentIn Enterprise IT & Quality, you will be part of a business area that drives impact across the full [xxxxx] value chain.
