The positionAs a Senior Environmental Partner, you will work with a wide range of environmental areas including air pollution, CO2 emissions, energy, groundwater, noise, permits, soil, waste, and wastewater by:
Setting the direction using data to reach zero environmental impact.Driving, facilitating, and optimizing daily environmental and energy processes.Identify and execute improvement initiatives, as well as provide recommendations to management.Collaborating across the value chain through daily dialogue.Acting as a subject matter expert to the line of business and the project organization.Communicating with regulatory stakeholders.Handling and reporting of environmental compliance requirements.Coordinate with the internal organization to ensure compliance with ISO Standards and Regulatory Authorities, including the implementation of external/internal audit processes.Ensure that applicable guidelines are incorporated at sites of responsibility.Drive organizational change management.Reporting and analysing KPIs related to waste, energy and water consumption data.Support in evaluating the environmental impact of changes/projects.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, we envision:A minimum of 3 years within environmental work, ideally within pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical production or chemical/energy industries.A relevant master's degree, providing a solid academic foundation in Environmental areas.Fluency in English both oral and writtenThe ability to negotiate appropriate Environmental solutions, while effectively balancing these with other business needs and regulatory requirements.Experience with process engineering and/or energy systems would be advantageous.As an individual, you are driven and optimistic, allowing you to pursue key focus areas and deliver results. Furthermore, your experience in communication and training enables you to convey complex subjects in a simple manner to diverse groups. You possess a qualitative and analytical mindset, leading to a proactive, structured, and systematic approach to tasks. About the departmentYou will join the DPM DK EHS team, collaborating with Environmental, Energy and Health & Safety colleagues. The team head office is based out of Hillerød and includes the Aseptic Filling Sites of Hillerød, Bagsværd, Gentofte and Kalundborg.
