We are looking for a strong relationship‑builder who is proactive, committed, and thrives in workplace settings, and who wishes to take an active part in our work with members, shop stewards, and local networks.
Tasks, etc.:
· Visit workplaces and make new contacts
· Support campaigns, activities and membership building
· Working closely with union representatives and colleagues
· Contribute to planning and development work
· Handle a flexible and varied workday where tasks change
· The responsibility for our international club, which meets once a month for a weekend.
Language & communication
· We expect you to be fluent in English, as it will often be the primary working language.
· It is an advantage if you speak Romanian, Polish or other relevant foreign languages.
· Danish does not have to be your first language, other foreign languages are important.
IT & digital competencies
· Secure in the use of common IT tools and digital systems
· Experience with SoMe for communication and member contact
· Quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools
Personal qualities
· Welcoming and respectful
· Energetic and committed
· Not afraid of difficult conversations
· Can work both independently and in teams
· That you have a driver's license and a car (our geographical area is quite large).
· That you are/become a member of 3F Horsens and the surrounding area
