Our site in Søborg is currently seeing large growth and as a result, we are expanding our production capacity. This means that we are on the verge of a very exciting chapter of AGC CPH’s history. We are in the midst of building the world’s best workplace. You will have the chance to participate in shaping and developing our culture in Technical Operations - the part of AGC CPH responsible for production, engineering and facility management. The business area currently holds close to 400 employees and aims to increase that number over the course of the coming 12 months.

It’s our expectation that you have knowledge and experience that can complement and further develop those and new concepts. It is an advantage to have experience with LEAN, as this is a core element of the operations at AGC CPH.
Your task is to set the direction for our culture, organizational development and leadership development. You will facilitate and organize the Tech Ops management team meetings, skip level meetings, seminar/workshop and events. The ideal candidate is a great listener, has a strong drive, gets things done and is an expert on organizational psychodynamics and in control of his/her “negative capabilities”. It is crucial for us that you are motivated by organizational development and that a main driver for you is to support people the best way possible in their professional and personal development.
You will report directly to the Sr. Vice President of Technical Operations and work closely with the Technical Operations management team.
We want to feel that you bring your heart to everything you do and that you set a direction in line with the organizational vision and values. Preferably you also have work experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Your responsibilities:
- Be the initiator of ideas within the organizational development domain and provide organizational development solutions and consulting expertise to Sr. VP of our Technical Operations
- Continuously focus on forming and creating the right mindset in our leaders and organization
- Design and deliver organizational development and change management interventions and initiatives that support Technical Operations’ strategic vision
- Identify organizational issues, deliver action plans, and guide organizational development initiatives based on robust analysis in close collaboration with the HRBPs
- Facilitating and organizing the Tech Ops management team meetings, skip level meetings, seminar/workshop and events
Your qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of organizational development processes
- An up-to-date understanding of organizational design techniques and approaches
- Ability to translate organizational development knowledge into actions and to use knowledge to anticipate business requirements.
- Able to work collaboratively and build relationships with ease and the ability to influence people at all levels both within and beyond the organization.
- Ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas
- Project Management and change management skills with the ability to supervise complex OD projects to an effective conclusion
- A confident communicator with good oral and written communication skills

Your background, educational and professional:
- You hold a MSc in a relevant field
- You possess 5+ years of proven experience within an ODP role
- You speak and interact fluently in English, both written and verbal is required.
