The Denmark Revenue Marketing team at Shine

Our Revenue Marketing team in Denmark is dedicated to driving growth among the country's freelancers and small business owners. We're a close-knit team with a clear mission: connecting the right people to the tools and solutions that make running a business simpler, smarter, and more sustainable.

We work across the full marketing mix; campaigns, channels, content, and performance, translating strategy into tangible activity that moves the needle. From ideation to execution, we're the team that makes things happen, keeping a sharp focus on results while staying deeply attuned to the everyday realities of Denmark's freelance and small business community.

Your role as a GTM Marketing Specialist

We're growing our Danish marketing team and looking for a GTM Marketing Specialist who thrives in the detail and takes pride in making things happen.

You'll work closely alongside experienced GTM colleagues, supporting campaign execution, keeping workstreams on track, and making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly from coordination and channel activation to performance tracking and localised content. You're the person who keeps the engine running.

This is a great fit if you've spent a few years building your marketing toolkit and are looking for a stable, hands-on role where you can develop your craft, learn from strong peers, and see your contributions ship.

📍 Job located in Denmark, Copenhagen with the possibility of two remote working days per week.

What you'll be doing

  • Contribute to GTM strategy and own campaign execution


From initial idea through to campaign creation, project management, channel rollout, and performance tracking, for the Danish micro business segment.

  • Collaborate across marketing, brand, and product


Work closely with the Danish marketing team, take ownership of specific workstreams, and partner with brand and product to keep communications on-message and locally relevant.

  • Activate the right channels for small business owners


Social media, SEM, SEO, communities, partnerships, events, you'll know which levers to pull and when to pull them.

  • Create content and campaigns that actually resonate


Develop localised content that speaks directly to the everyday reality of running a small business in Denmark.

  • Track, report, and improve


Monitor campaign performance, surface insights, and use data to continuously sharpen what's working.

What you bring

  • 2 – 3 years of marketing experience, ideally with hands-on exposure to GTM and channel activation

  • A solid grasp of marketing channels and how to use them to reach small business audiences

  • A collaborative, proactive team player who's comfortable working across marketing, product, and brand

  • Genuine empathy for small business owners; you understand their mindset and the everyday challenges they face

  • Native Danish fluency + strong English; you'll be writing and briefing in both

  • Comfortable using data to track, report, and draw conclusions from campaign results

  • Organised and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball


Nice to have

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a product built for small businesses; you'll hit the ground running if you already understand this world.
