AK Recruitment is partnering with a global leader in home technology to recruit a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

Your Role

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide guidance on products and technical support, assisting users with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

  • Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements in accordance with company policy.

  • Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, courteous, and proactive communication.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.


Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) and good command of English.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Previous experience in customer or technical support is an advantage.

  • A genuine passion for technology and helping people.
