Are you a passionate Team Leader? Do you feel ready to head up a newly established team with a focus on cLean, Training, and GMP processes? If so, you can be the new Associate Manager to join the Projects & Improvements department within Site Support and Improvements in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development (ManDev). The Position You will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing tasks and projects, ensuring that resources are allocated to areas where they can be utilized most effectively to achieve the maximum return on investment. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the department and VP area with lean competencies fostering a culture of simplifying and optimizing internal processes and procedures. Improving the training setup by implementing an accelerated learning approach and streamlining the processes related to training. Ensuring the right level of quality and compliance in the area through standardized procedures and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). Over time the position also has the potential of impacting across IFP as well as other areas in Novo Nordisk as ManDev is centrally located in the organization. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we envision you have: A university degree, maybe within in engineering, biotechnology or equivalent. Some years of leadership experience. Experience with lean leadership, and pharmaceutical production and/or laboratory processes. Fluency in English. Preferred qualifications include project management experience and experience in GMP regulated production. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills and strong analytical skills with an interest in lean and systematic problem-solving and thrive in a busy work environment where the agenda or priorities may frequently change. About the Department The IFP, Site Support and Improvements area is a dynamic, 150-employee area that provides site support and improvement projects of diverse complexity across our production sites globally.
