Role Summary

As a Senior Lead Change Manager, you will drive and embed change management across complex, enterprise-wide, multi-workstream initiatives.

You’ll partner closely with executive leadership, program teams, and key stakeholders to ensure change is clearly understood, effectively adopted, and sustained beyond go-live.

You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, bringing structure, clarity, and calm to high-impact transformation environments, while strengthening change management as a core organizational capability.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale, high-impact initiatives



  • Define and drive change strategy across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities



  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on change impacts, readiness, risks, and adoption



  • Drive visible sponsorship and accountability at executive and leadership levels



  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments and proactively address resistance, fatigue, and adoption barriers



  • Shape clear, compelling, and credible communication strategies with senior stakeholders



  • Establish and mature change governance frameworks and track adoption, value realization, and effectiveness



  • Contribute to building organizational change capability and best practices
