Manufacturing and Global Procurement COO NCE Maintenance NAK
Would you like to be part of a department that is in rapid development, where no two days are the same? Are you a trained mechanic, automation technician, or electrician, and enjoy working with industrial equipment? Then you should send us an application. You will be part of a small team, where there is also a foreman to lead the team.
We are currently looking for both day and night shifts, on 12-hour rotations.

- Safety: At , safety is the first priority, which means you must prioritize your own and your colleagues' safety, both physically and mentally.
- Quality: Our next priority is top-notch quality, so we expect you to take pride in producing a product that meets standards.
- Production Plan: At , we also have some plans that need to be met to deliver on time. So, we expect an employee who is diligent and strives to meet deadlines without compromising safety or quality.
Responsibilities
- Production stops
- Planned maintenance of equipment and machines
- Troubleshooting everything from small equipment to large plants or blade molds where our top priority is safety and quality, as blade production depends on us and our knowledge.
- Requests from production for new things or changes to existing equipment
Qualifications & Competencies
- You are a trained mechanic, automation technician, or electrician.
- You are in good physical shape and accustomed to standing and walking throughout the workday.
- It is advantageous if you have experience with 5S and Lean.
- You are quality-conscious and focus on safety.
- You contribute to creating a good atmosphere at work.
- You don't mind changing tasks.
- You have an interest in learning new things and are curious.
