This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde and you will join our Product Team Investment & Pension.

The team is in charge of products and product roadmaps for Investment and Pension business areas in close collaboration with the banks in the [xxxxx] community and pension companies. The team’s product responsibility covers solutions for advisors in the banks and customers in mobile bank and Netbank

The role of Product Owner for Pension presents a chance to contribute to support the banks in offering relevant pension products and handling product lifecycle including self-service products to the bank’s customers. The relevant pension products are offered by the banks' partners among the pension companies, and the role involves a strong focus on integrating pension products efficiently into the banks value proposition to their customers.

At [xxxxx], we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Susanne Jönsson.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

Work closely together with banks and pension companies on business needs related to product management and product life cycle including self-service products to the bank’s customers
Drive the problem discovery process to figure out what are the right business outcomes for banks and for the pension companies including regulation, sector and compliance tasks
Drive and document refinement of business needs in epics and features and socialize these with development teams and stakeholders
Prioritize features in development backlog together with banks and pension companies
Plan & participate in implementations activities towards banks
Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmap for pension products and product management based on market insight in relation to solutions/tools, competitors, legislation etc.

To succeed you will have:

A natural drive to clarify business requirements based on a product mindset and together with bank and pension company representatives form the basis for IT development of pension solutions across the banks and pension companies
Experience with pension area
Well-developed communication and collaboration skills including handling of many stakeholders at all levels
Ability to stay focused on delivering business value to the banks and their customers even under tight deadlines and changing priorities
Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
Experience in participating in IT development and bridging the gap between business and software development
Understanding of agile development, including use of Jira for development epics and features
