Terraview, Barcelona, Spain, is building an Operating System for vineyards to help them tackle the impact of climate change. We use advanced image processing, machine learning, AI and augmented reality to enable vineyards to become future ready.
We want Terraview to be as product-driven as possible and expect our product managers to be highly entrepreneurial and easily work across data, engineering, and commercial teams. We want our PMs to be strategic, technical, and strong communicators and have a bias to action.
In many ways, we're asking for the world because we do want to change a part of it. We are early stage and hence would like our PM's have a good understanding of the core PM craft, while also a fair understanding of other product-related functions as you may be expected to step into areas that are not 'traditionally' PM areas.

Responsibilities:
Shape:
- Primary driver for strategy across product area, and is able to craft a strong product vision, strategy and roadmaps
- Incorporate data, research and customer insight into building world class products
- Identify new opportunity areas to tackle that help us achieve our mission of increasing the size of the wine industry
- Continuously improve our products by incorporating customer feedback
Ship:
- Work with data science to define metrics and goals
- Work with engineering to ship 'on time' with high quality
- Work with commercial teams to run alphas, betas and conduct product testing
Sync:
- Is able to 'influence without authority' and lead large cross-functional teams
- Identify dependencies ahead of time, and liaise with appropriate teams
- Mitigate any execution issues by working with relevant teams
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience working in a product driven company, in a product management or adjacent function (e.g. product development, product strategy, product partnerships, product marketing, etc.)
- A deep understanding of the PM craft - product sense, execution, high level technicals (no coding necessary), and strategy
- Low ego, high hustle
- A very deep understanding and appreciation of B2B SaaS and ideally experience working in it
Working conditions:
- Full time position
- Permanent contract
- Place of work: Barcelona
- Salary dependent on experience: 65.000€ to 100.000€ gross/year
