Sales, Administration and Marketing Apprentice (2-Year Program)

[xxxxx] is a growing company based in Ikast, Denmark, specializing in mobility and vehicle solutions. We work with customers and suppliers across Europe and beyond, giving you the opportunity to gain valuable international experience. As part of our small team, you will work across different areas of the business and take on real responsibility from day one.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales, Administration and Marketing Apprentice who is eager to develop practical skills in sales, administration, marketing, and international trade.

About the apprenticeship

This is a full-time, 2-year apprenticeship (approximately 37 hours per week). During the program, you will receive thorough training and work closely with experienced colleagues who will support your development.

You will be involved in the company's daily operations, communicate with customers and suppliers from around the world, and gain practical experience in an international business environment. For the right candidate, the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent position after completion.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing and following up on quotations

• Processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries

• Communicating with customers and suppliers

• Administrative tasks and invoicing

• Supporting marketing activities and social media

• Maintaining product documentation and internal systems

• Assisting with various ad hoc tasks

We are looking for someone who

• Is positive, motivated, and enjoys working with people

• Has an interest in sales, administration, and business

• Is well organized and takes responsibility for their work

• Enjoys working in a team and communicating with customers

• Can manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Has good English skills (an additional language is an advantage)

• Is familiar with Microsoft Office

• Is eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges
