HYDRO Precision Tubing has more than 30 years of experience developing and manufacturing extruded and precision-drawn tubes and profiles in aluminium.
Hydro offers single-source aluminium solutions, ranging from welded tubes to fabrication to assembly and includes stamping, thinning, forming, and fashioning.

Most of the products are purchased by the automotive industry in Europe, the United States, and Asia and are often used in heat exchanger systems, and engine cooling. There has also been an increased interest in the HVAC - Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning market in both consumer and industrial products. To strengthen sales within the HVAC segment, we are now looking for the following position at the headquarters in Tønder:

International project sales with a focus on developing new customer relationships


Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening HYDRO Precision Tubing’s position in Europe. Your primary task will be to establish new customer relationships while expanding cooperation with existing customers within the HVAC segment.

You have a proactive and outgoing profile and create strong market dialogue through your approach. The role involves project-based sales, where - once customer dialogue is established - you will act as the link between the internal technical team and customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities


As Key Account Manager, you will maintain a strong customer focus through customer meetings, networking activities, and trade fairs, ensuring close and ongoing customer dialogue.

In addition, you will be responsible for pipeline management, reporting, calculations, and preparation of quotations. You will also monitor the market to identify new business and cross-selling opportunities, while keeping track of technological developments and market demand.

With solid technical understanding, you will be able to identify customer needs, provide advisory support, and ensure value-adding solutions across geographic regions.


Proactive, Trust-Building, and Strategic Key Account Manager


To succeed in the role, it is important that you thrive in an international, technical sales environment as a trusted advisor, drawing on your strong communication skills and ability to build trust.

You have a solid understanding of project sales and can translate technical knowledge into commercial opportunities. Through your ability to establish and maintain international relationships, you are able to navigate complex sales processes.

Your customer-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate across departments make you a valued advisor and sparring partner. You are resilient, persistent, and able to work independently, while also thriving in a team environment focused on knowledge sharing and shared success.

Approximately 45–50 travel days per year are expected.

Your Background


• A relevant commercial education and a proven track record with experience in advisory sales and project sales to large international companies
• Fluency in Danish and English at negotiation level – a third language such as German or French is an advantage
• Experienced user of MS Office, including ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
