Become a part of our Sales team in the Water Division
Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and a world leading supplier of intelligent metering solutions and services. We have a strong focus on developing the most innovative and value-adding intelligent metering solutions and services for energy- and water consumption. Our ambition is to transform meter data into insights that will help utilities optimize the production and distribution of clean water and energy. Therefore, we are looking for a new addition to our Danish sales team to support the strengthening of our market presence and customer relations.
With direct reference to our Head of Sales Water Nordic and dotted line to our Head of Sales Sweden, you will become part of our Danish Sales organization, consisting of 10 skilled colleagues. More specifically, you'll be part of a team dedicated to serving the Danish Water market. By analyzing customer needs and potentials, we support customers in their selection of future technology, aiming to enhance efficiency and simplify their everyday lives through our expertise. Our team is characterized by an informal tone and a supportive approach, both in our interactions with each other and in our service to customers, to ensure our collaborative success.
A job with focus on driving sales and customer relations
As our new Sales Specialist, your main focus will be on our small and medium enterprises (SME) customers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing close customer relations, implementing sales strategies, and expanding the sales pipeline. You will likewise play a crucial role in upholding our values, quality standards, and sustainability goals, while providing input to Sales Management and keeping CRM, account plans, and forecasts up to date.
More specifically, your tasks will be:

Personality matters
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who is ready to take our Danish sales to the next level. Whether you are newly educated or have a few years of experience is not relevant, as most important is your drive for making an impact on our customers. However, we imagine that you have an educational background within Sales, Marketing or Technology which enables you to drive sales activities where you meet customers at their level. Previous experience working with highly technical content is considered an advantage, however the ability to easily acquire and understand technical information is just as valuable.
As a person, you are outgoing and thrive with collaborative work and are therefore energized by maintaining and developing relationships, both internally and externally. Furthermore, your personal drive yet adaptable approach enables you to find the right solutions to meet our customers’ and partners’ needs. Finally, as you will be working with highly technical products, it is important that you possess great communication skills, enabling you to translate complex information between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless understanding and collaboration in all processes.
It is a requirement that you can speak and write English fluently. Proficiency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish is considered an advantage.
