About the role We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Facility Management team of 8 skilled employees in Denmark.
As a team, we ensure efficient, reliable, and digitally enabled workplace operations in close collaboration with stakeholders across

Facility Management is on a digital transformation journey, optimizing service management to enhance data insights, asset management, and service efficiency.
As Associate Manager, you will play a key role in driving this transformation while leading daily operations, including managing performance and budgets, and translating strategy into clear priorities that support both maintenance and project delivery.
The position is based in our Headquarter in Virum with occasional travel to our site in Kalundborg.

How you might spend your days As Associate Manager for Facility Management, you will be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary organization where your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and developing a team across Virum and Kalundborg through a visible, on-site leadership style
- Managing selected soft FM service areas end-to-end (service quality, supplier performance, KPIs, user experience and continuous improvement)
- Converting strategy into concrete plans, clear priorities and day-to-day execution together with the team
- Ensuring stable operations through structured governance (vendor follow-up, issue management, escalations and stakeholder communication)
- Driving continuous optimisation by strengthening processes and systems (including AI & digital solutions) to deliver measurable service improvements

- +5 years of experience leading an operational department either within Facility Management, the service industry or other related areas
- Proven ability to turn strategic initiatives into operational actions
- Experience in leading a medium sized team and developing a high-performing team culture
- Proven track record of delivering data driven insights to support decision making
- Ability to analyze needs and implement innovative digital solutions enhancing the user journey for FM services across an organization
- Knowledge of the systems Topdesk, Excel, Power points is an advance
