The job description
We are looking for a commercially minded team member who enjoys building relationships and helping researchers and organizations find the right omics solutions for their projects.

You do not need to be a scientist - but you need to be curious, structured, and genuinely motivated by building relationships, facilitating scientific collaborations and closing deals. You will work closely with our scientific team and subcontractors, acting as the bridge between clients and our network of expert partners.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Commercial outreach and lead generation
  
  
• Customer communication and relationship management
  
  
• Project management and client follow-up
  
  
• Communication with subcontractor partners
  
  

Our expectations of you
We are looking for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and is motivated by results. Relevant backgrounds could include business development, account management, life science sales, biotech/pharma support functions, scientific project coordination, or similar client-facing commercial roles.
Educational backgrounds within business, biotechnology, life sciences, health sciences, or related fields are all relevant. We value commercial drive, communication skills, and curiosity more than a specific degree.

We are looking for a team member who can work independently and proactively acquire the knowledge needed to solve tasks.

You should be:

• Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and building relationships
  
  
• Structured and reliable when managing multiple projects in parallel
  
  
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  
  
• Curious about science and willing to learn the basics of omics over time
  
  

Experience working with life sciences, biotech, pharma, healthcare, or scientific customers is an advantage, but not a requirement. We will teach you what you need to know.

Our mission is to empower researchers with the expertise and support they need to facilitate their omics projects and extract the knowledge from the data. Our services are mainly focused on proteomics, metabolomics, transcriptomics and multiomics. We work with clients across pharma, biotech, food technology, and academia.

The position
The position is full-time (funktionæransættelse), 37 hours per week, based at our Aalborg office.
