Step into a world of pharmaceutical excellence and gain hands-on experience that will set your career apart.Your new roleAs a student assistant in Process Support for Isolator Filling, you will join a dedicated team ensuring that filling processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with high pharmaceutical quality standards. This is a unique opportunity to work with real production data and processes while continuing your studies. You will work closely with process supporters and operators, gaining invaluable insight into the daily operations and continuous improvement of a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing recorded production data and equipment parameters to verify compliance with validated standardsSupporting collection, analysis, and visualization of process data to identify trends and provide statistical background for current process limitsAssisting in retrieving data from batch documentation, including transferring relevant data and preparing documentation for regulatory submissionUpdating process documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), rationales, and job instructionsCreating visual aids, flowcharts, and communication materials to make complex production processes more accessible for operatorsProviding administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing recurring events, and supporting shift planningInstead of submitting a separate application, please include a few lines in your CV describing your motivation for the Student Assistant, Isolator Filling position, as well as when you expect to complete your studies.Your new departmentIn Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed [xxxxx] products. Your skills & qualificationsWe're looking for a motivated student who is eager to learn and contribute to pharmaceutical excellence.You should bring:Current enrolment in a bachelor's or master's programme in natural sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or similar – ideally towards the end of bachelor's or beginning of master'sA proactive and driven mindset – you take ownership of your tasks and follow throughStructured and detail-oriented approach, with an understanding that accuracy is critical in a regulated environmentStrong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively across a broad teamFluent in written and spoken Danish and English
