Your expertise will shape how we design, build and validate cleaning processes that ensure the highest quality for millions of patients worldwide.Your responsibilities will include:
Participating in design reviews for Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) systems, implementing best-in-class design standards from across our facilitiesExecuting qualification and validation of CIP processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellenceManaging test activities and documentation to support both compliance and ongoing operationsConducting supplier inspections and collaborating closely with engineering partners and contractorsProactively managing project risks while fostering strong interdisciplinary collaboration across the project teamDeveloping new design approaches when needed, while prioritizing proven solutions that workEnsuring all regulatory and authority requirements are met through clear documentation and proceduresYour new departmentIn Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed [xxxxx] products. Based in Kalundborg, you'll work at the world's largest insulin-producing facility, where our 4,400 colleagues produce half of the world's insulin and serve more than 35 million people living with diabetes and other chronic diseases.Your skills & qualificationsWe're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and collaborative energy to this exciting project. You'll need:At least 2-3 years of experience within Good Manufacturing PracticeA bachelor's degree (minimum) in chemistry, pharmaceutical process engineering, biology or a similar fieldIt would be advantageous if you have knowledge and experience with design review and validation of CIP systems.Fluency in English, both verbal and writtenThe ability to thrive under pressure and meeting deadlines consistentlyStrong collaborative skills – you naturally support teammates, motivate others, and help the team perform at their bestIndependent decision-making abilities and the drive to create structure, clarity and direction within your area of expertiseWorking at [xxxxx]Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
