Student Assistant (Finnish-speaking) - Join an AI Startup from the Very Beginning

We are looking for a Finnish speaking Student Assistant to work 10–20 hours per week and support our commercial activities while working closely with our CEO and founding team.

About the Role

You will work directly with the leadership team and help create momentum in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching potential customers and target markets
  
  
• Conducting outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
  
  
• Assisting with meeting booking and follow-up activities
  
  
• Supporting sales and go-to-market initiatives
  
  
• Providing practical support in securing our first customers
  
  
• Handling ad hoc tasks alongside the founding team
  
  

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and loves making things happen.

About You

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  
  
• Can work 10–20 hours per week

• Are comfortable reaching out to new people

• Are eager to learn sales and customer development from the ground up
  
  

Language Requirements (IMPORTANT)

• Finnish (spoken and written) is a strict requirement for this role. You must be able to communicate professionally in Finnish with customers and prospects.
  
  
• Swedish language skills are a strong advantage but not required.
