Living designer (3D developer/soft living)

We are looking for a hybrid designer with a strong interest in both 3D developed products and soft living or textile-based kids’ lifestyle products.

This role suits a designer who is highly motivated to grow across categories combining technical 3D development with softer, material-driven living products while learning.

You will support the development of both hard and soft products and gradually build deeper ownership across the full product development process.

Previous experience or a strong interest in kids’ lifestyle products is considered a plus.

Overall Purpose of the Role

To support and contribute to the development and industrialization of both hardware and soft living products, ensuring that designs are translated into technically, brand-aligned, and production-ready solutions.

The role combines hands-on 3D and technical development with material, textile, and interior-based product categories.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support design and development of hardware and soft living products across categories
• Create and maintain 3D models, and technical drawings under guidance
• Assist with material choices, constructions, and manufacturability considerations
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and sample evaluations
• Support supplier communication related to technical development
• Ensure documentation and master data accuracy for assigned products
• Contribute to seasonal research on trends, colors, materials, and kids’ living aesthetics
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, buyers, and development teams

Experience & Qualifications

• Education in Industrial Design, Product Design, Textile Design, or similar
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in 3D and technical product development
• Curiosity about materials, manufacturing, and industrialization
• Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive mindset
• Experience or strong interest in kids’ lifestyle, interior, or living products is a plus
• Fluent in English
